Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change
without notice. Rates include all Mexican taxes. A non- refundable deposit of $500 per week is required to guarantee your reservation. We limit occupancy to four people. If there are more than four people in your group ask about the possibility of renting the casita. |

We have enjoyed visiting San Pancho for many years. A couple of years
after Casa Ladera was finished we built a smaller house, which we call La Casita, on the same property. We are in residence in La Casita December, January and February (mas o menos). Most of our guests appreciate the fact that we are nearby to help with meal planning, excursions, any problems that develop or just to share a beer and talk about Mexico. Many of our guests return year after year, making Casa Ladera their home in Mexico. After all, in Mexico "Mi Casa Es Su Casa".
